Steam or process fluid vaporizers

Heliflow Heat Exchanger cross section
The Heliflow design is often used to provide a compact vaporizer. The coiled tube bundle promotes nucleate boiling, and can easily handle the stresses caused by thermal expansion and cycling. Steam or other high temperature sources are often used to vaporize nitrogen, oxygen, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, methane, ethylene, various hydrocarbons, and many other fluids. Vaporizing can be achieved either shellside or tubeside according to your process requirements.

Our customers benefit from our Research and Development Team's extensive research into vaporizer technology.

Graham's Clean Steam Generator is a special type of vaporizer which uses plant steam to create clean, chemical-free steam. (Clean Steam Generators)
