COR-RESIST Vacuum Pumps
If you have a tough application which requires an engineered package and special materials, you've come to the right place. Welcome to the Graham COR-RESIST line of vacuum pumps and engineered systems. COR-RESIST pumps are built tough, using customer specified materials specifically chosen for the application. Some materials commonly utilized in the COR-RESIST line are ductile iron, carbon steel, nickel-aluminum-bronze, monel, titanium, Hastelloy, alloy 20, ni-resist, 316/316L and duplex stainless steel. These materials allow the use of service liquids which are the same as the corrosive gas being pumped. This helps you significantly reduce or eliminate process waste. These pumps do not depend on high temperatures to ward off corrosion. With only one rotating part and an external seal flushing system, maintenance is kept low and reliability worries a thing of the past.

Normally, COR-RESIST pumps are manufactured in our Series 1 design, featuring externally mounted bearings. Depending on the pump size, bearings may be re-greasable, sealed for life, or, if requested, oil mist lubricated.

Shaft seals can generally be supplied as you request, in single or double mechanical and regular or cartridge type.
