BATAVIA, NY, May 15, 2009 – Graham Corporation (NYSE Amex: GHM) announced today that it will release its results of operations for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2009, which ended March 31, 2009, before the opening of the financial markets on Friday, May 29, 2009.
A live webcast and teleconference will be held on Friday, May 29, 2009, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time. During the teleconference, James R. Lines, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Jeffrey Glajch, Vice President Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer, will review the Company’s financial and operating results as well as the Company’s strategy and outlook. A question-and-answer session will follow.
