We are pleased to announce that effective August 9, 2012 Graham has entered into a private label agreement with Spirax Sarco for our instantaneous steam water heaters.
The Graham MicroMix� (MM) will be privately labeled by Spirax Sarco under the brand name RediHeat (RH) for the United States and South America.
Our partnership with Spirax Sarco is in recognition of the great market opportunity and potential we see for our instantaneous steam water heaters and the dedicated sales support and focus that they will bring to this product line. We are excited to work with Spirax Sarco and our Sales Representatives in launching the RediHeat brand.
